ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5560 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of . <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5560: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: TO R-1: Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Cross Plains <br /> more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section <br /> 32, thence N 00° 48' 43" West 1328.56 feet; thence S 88° 44' 25" West 27.15 <br /> feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #1, CSM #5007 which is the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N 88° 44' 25" West 385.76 feet along the South line <br /> of Lot #1; thence N 09° West 430 feet; thence N 71° East 310 feet to the West <br /> line of the Sugar Valley Road cul-de-sac; thence along a curve to the left, the <br /> radius is 60 feet, the long chord is S 54° East 70 feet along the Sugar Valley <br /> Raod cul-de-sac; thence along the West line of the Sugar Valley Road the <br /> following courses: along a curve to the right, the radius is 200 feet, the <br /> long chord is S 11° 20' 06" East 92.26 feet; thence S 02° 00' West 208.78 feet; <br /> thence along a curve to the left, the radius is 238.03 feet, the long chord is <br /> S 23° 47' 04" East 207.08 feet to the point of beginning. Also - TO RH-2: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Cross Plains, more fully <br /> described as follows: commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 32, thence <br /> N 00° 48' 43" West 1328.56 feet, thence S 88° 44' 25" West 412.91 feet to the <br /> Southwest corner of Lot #1, CSM 5007, thence N 08° 40' East 487.00 feet along <br /> the West line of said Lot #1 to the point of beginning. Thence N 38° 03' 24" <br /> West 262.27 feet along the West line of Lot #1, thence N 02° 41' 11" West <br /> 183.54 feet along the West line of Lot #1; thence S 53° West 34 feet; thence S <br /> 09° East 420 feet; thence N 71° Esat 140 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 1 <br /> ISION ::1 9 :1.' <br />
