ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5560 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> R-lA Residential and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5560: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> TO R-lA: That part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 5, lying South of CTH JG. TO <br /> H-2: Commencing at a part 462 feet North of the Southeast corner of said SE <br /> 1/4 SE 1/4 and point of beginning; thence Southwesterly to a point that is 198 <br /> feet North of Southwest corner of said 1/4 1/4, thence South 198 feet to <br /> Southwest corner of said 1/4 1/4, thence East 850 feet more or less to the <br /> centerline of CTH JG, thence Northeasterly along said centerline to the East <br /> line of said 1/4 1/4; thence North 100 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
