The broken monument was found stable along with the 4 reference ties from the tie <br /> sheet completed by Donald Barnes in 1988 for the Northwest corner of Section 6, T4N, R11 E in Porter <br /> Township in Rock County. The tie sheet from Donald Barnes dated October 27, 2011 also accepts this <br /> monument as the Northeast corner of Section 1, T4N, R10E in Union Township in Rock County and notes this <br /> as the Southeast corner of Rutland Township.
