(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
May 8, 1986-Glen Northrop found a 1" Iron Pipe set by himself in 1974 with a tie sheet filed at that time dated
10-29-74 (not found). The corner was set by extending the centerline of Oak Lane from the long
straight-a-way section just to the east of the intersection with Biglow Road, which used to run straight through
to Hwy. 14, and using distances from the 1892 resurvey in Section 32 by W.L. Marcy in Vol. 5, P. 206 of
county survey records. There may be some question about evidence of what may be an original bearing tree,
it is not conclusive and since all recent surveys have accepted this pipe as the corner it was accepted. It was
considered a lost corner and reset from the corners found 1/2 mile east and west of this corner.
May 2, 1999 - Robert Talarczyk found a 1" Iron Pipe set by Northrop in 1974 and referenced to ties
accordingly.
(j) I, Kevin C.
