A ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5588 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BURKE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5588: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the beginning at a point in the East line of Rattman Road at the <br /> Northwest corner of Lot #1 of said Certified Survey Map and running along a <br /> Northerly line thereof, N 79° 06' East 190.94 feet; thence S 08° 01' 33" East, <br /> 5.27 feet; thence S 80° 44' 07" West, 190.05 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 7/1 /ci 3 <br />
