• <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5592 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5592: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, SE 1/4 SW 1/4, NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> Section 16, Town of Primrose described as follows: TO RH-3: Commencing at the <br /> Southwest corner of asid Section 16; thence East along the South line of said <br /> Section 16, 936.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North, 1650.00 feet; <br /> thence East, 630.00 feet; thence South, 320.00 feet; thence S 19° 31' 00" West, <br /> 600.00 feet; thence South, 1910.00 feet; thence West, 66.00 feet to the point <br /> of beginning.
