• • ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5592 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of PRIMROSE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-3 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #5592: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, SE 1/4 SW 1/4, NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Primrose described as follows: TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southwest corner of asid Section 16; thence East along the South line of said Section 16, 936.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North, 1650.00 feet; thence East, 630.00 feet; thence South, 320.00 feet; thence S 19° 31' 00" West, 600.00 feet; thence South, 1910.00 feet; thence West, 66.00 feet to the point of beginning. Also, commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 16; thence East along the South line of said Section 16, 1002.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North, 1340.00 feet; thence East, 460.00 feet; thence South, 760.00 feet; thence West, 394.00 feet; thence South, 580.00 feet; thence West, 66.00 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-4: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 16; thence North along the West line of said Section 16, 295.00 feet; thence East, 295.00 feet; thence North, 78.00 feet; thence East, 181.00 feet; thence North, 1330.00 feet; thence East, 460.00 feet; thence South, 1650.00 feet to the South line of Section 16; thence West along said South line, 936.00 feet to the point of beginning.
