DANE COUNTY Page 'r of <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1047 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit. <br /> FOR: Governmental use - mineral extraction for STH 19 project <br /> of 1993. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 3/9/93 EXPIRATION DATE: (SEEJABOVE) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Springfield <br /> described as follows : Commencing at the North quarter corner; <br /> thence South 250 feet to the South right-of-way of STH 19 and <br /> point of beginning, thence South 400 feet; thence West 425 feet, <br /> thence North 500 feet to the South right-of-way of STH 19, thence <br /> Easterly along STH 19, right-of-way 450 feet back to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> 1 . This use will benefit the needs of either the residents or the <br /> agriculture activities in the area. <br /> 2. There are not other locations available for this use. <br /> 3 . The land to be occupied by this use is not productive <br /> agricultural land. <br /> 4 . Public services needed by this use are available. <br /> 5. Public services needed by this use can be furnished without <br /> becoming an unreasonable burden on the taxpayers. <br /> 6. This use at this location willl not cause significant harm to <br /> the environment. <br />
