ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5591 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5591: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Part of Lots 1 thru 4, Block 2, City View Heights, Section 10, Town <br /> of Sun Prairie, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of <br /> said Lot #1, Block 2, City View Heights; thence N 89° 56' 00" West along the <br /> North line Of said Lot #1, Block 2, City View Heights, 30.05 feet; thence S 03° <br /> 25' 49" West, 409.91 feet; thence S 86° 32' 45" East along the South line of <br /> said Lot #4, Block 2, 30.00 feeet; thence N 03° 25' 49" East along the east <br /> line of said Block 2, 411.69 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
