ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5593 <br /> ■ <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-3A residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5593: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Part of Lot #3, Certified Survey Map #6918 being a part of the S 1/2 <br /> SE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie, described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the Southeast corner of said Section 32; thence N 88° 20' 37" West, 1224.99 <br /> feet; thence N 05° 18' 30" East, 325.27 feet; thence N 88° 08' 31' West, 477.48 <br /> feet; thence N 87° 37' 07" West, 286.16 feet; thence N 02° 42' 26" East along <br /> the Westerly line of said Lot #3, Certified Survey Map #417.20 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue N 02° 42' 26" East along the Westerly line <br /> of said Lot #3, 50.00 feet; thence S 87° 21' 00" East, 36.24 feet; thence S 87° <br /> 26' 00" East, 210.23 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 75 <br /> feet and a long chord bearing S 12° 11' 55" East, 31.73 feet; thence S 88° 14' <br /> 23" West, 255.41 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> platwill be prepared for approval and recorded.
