• <br /> Planning Commission <br /> April 28 , 1993 <br /> The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to <br /> order by Maureen O 'Malley . Members present : Suzanne Matiash , <br /> Jim Dix , Ray Statz , Florence Reisgies , Maureen O 'Malley , Al <br /> Geurts . <br /> Also Present : Judy Hamre , Kirk Kobriger , Carl Ruedebusch , Butch <br /> Raemisch , Frank Raemisch . <br /> 1 ) Motion by Dix , second by Reisgies to approve the minutes from <br /> the April 15 , 1993 Planning Commission meeting . Carried . <br /> 2 ) An extraterritorial request to rezone a lot on Aldora Lane in <br /> the Town of Westport was reviewed ( Dane County Petition # 5596 ) . <br /> Motion by Matiash , second by Statz to approve the request for <br /> rezone contingent upon the center lot having direct access to a <br /> public street . Carried . <br /> 3 ) A request filed by Kirk Kobriger to rezone lot 800/806 S . <br /> Division Street from I1 ( light industrial ) to Cl ( general <br /> commercial ) was presented . <br /> There was some discussion about the existing and proposed uses of <br /> the property and adjacent areas . <br /> Motion by Statz to approve the request as presented . No second <br /> was made , motion died . <br /> This commission makes no formal written recommendation to the <br /> village board . <br /> 4 ) Carl Ruedebusch presented the site plan for a building on lot <br /> #44 to be used by F .H . Raemisch & Sons excavating company . A <br /> building size of 70 ' x 100 ' is being proposed , contrary to the <br /> size shown on the plans . <br /> There was some discussion about the storage of large equipment <br /> and the allowed uses in the I1 zoning . <br /> Motion by Reisgies , second by Dix to table until review and <br /> comment by the Industrial Development Committee . Carried . <br /> 5 ) Motion by Matiash , second by Statz to adjourn . Carried . <br />
