• ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5596 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5596: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 7, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 7; thence N 89° 40'26" East <br /> 1697.07 feet; thence N 00° 40' 46" West 2318.15 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence continue N 00° 40' 46" West 66.00 feet; thence S 89° 46' 21" <br /> West 84.26 feet; thence N 00° 13' 39" West 275.00 feet; thence S 89° 46' 21" <br /> West 125.00 feet; thence S 00° 13' 39" East 275.00 feet; thence N 89° 46' 21" <br /> East 59.00 feet; thence S 00° 13' 39" East 66.00 feet; thence N 89° 46' 21" <br /> East 150.26 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
