ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5597 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5597: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 11; thence N 00° 06' 25" <br /> West, 2654.45 feet to the West quarter corner of Section 11; thence S 88° 02' <br /> 12" East, 1336.12 feet; thence S 00° 03' 12" East, 1789.40 feet; thence S 63° <br /> 35' 10" East, 450.52 feet; thence N 26° 24' 50" East, 33.00 feet to the North <br /> right-of-way of CTH Y and the point of beginning; thence N 09° 45' 26" East, <br /> 201.50 feet; thence S 72° 24' 24" East, 277.97 feet; thence S 09° 45' 26" West, <br /> 263.68 feet; thence along the North right-of-way line of CTH Y on the arc of a <br /> 2533.00 foot radius curve to the left whose long chord bears N 60° 16' 14" <br /> West, 293.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
