When Mr. Rappe contacted me, I was under the impression <br /> they would be reapplying for a zoning change under the new owners. In <br /> discussing this with Board members, they could see no problem if additional <br /> acreage was added but it did not appear on an agenda or formally approved <br /> with a motion at a meeting. <br /> Thereby, the Town Board of Albion hereby rescinds any approval of this <br /> petition until the matter is formally presented to the Board.
