Pet. #5601 - <br /> Page 2 <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a <br /> 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall b <br /> subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. Thi <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dan <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned i <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure t <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies o <br /> the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a <br /> 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall b <br /> subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dan <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the followin <br /> restrictions on said land: <br /> a) . No further land divisions are permitted of the RH-4 property describe <br /> above and the additional area to be included in the single lot as will b <br /> defined in the Certified Survey required below. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Tow <br /> Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failur <br /> to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: II <br />
