ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5602 . <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> IZ ) <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5602: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 35, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence East along the <br /> North line of said 1/4 1/4, 1338 feet more or less to the Northeast corner <br /> thereof; thence South along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 1333 feet more or <br /> less to the Southeast corner thereof; thence West along the South line of said <br /> 1/4 1/4, to the centerline of Old Stage Road; thence Northwesterly along said <br /> centerline, to its intersection with the West line of said 1/4 1/4; thence <br /> North along said West line, to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: _ AY 2 5 3C�,�3 <br />
