1 <br /> RESOLUTION 93-29 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONING DISTRICT CHANGE FOR THE REAL <br /> PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS 0. ACRES MORE OR LESS AT 4400 WINDSOR <br /> ROAD, LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4, SECTION 29, TOWN OF <br /> WINDSOR, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN IN THE VILLAGE OF DEFOREST'S <br /> EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Village of DeForest Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> has recommended that the Village Board approve a zoning district <br /> change from local Business District (B-1) to Residential District <br /> (R-2) , for the property located at 4400 Windsor Road being part <br /> of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 29 Town of Windsor, Dane <br /> County, Wisconsin, more particularly descrz ed on the map at- <br /> tached and made part of this resolution, and <br /> WHEREAS, the rezoning at 4400 Windsor Road is consistent with the <br /> existing zoning in the area and the Town of Windsor's land use <br /> plan, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village of DeForest Board accepts the recommendation <br /> of the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the aforementioned zoning <br /> district change in the Town of Windsor, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> in the Village of DeForest's extraterritorial zone is approved. <br /> Respectfully submitted: <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission <br /> Mark S.
