ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2403 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be <br /> amended to include in the B-1 Local Business District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of Section 29 , Town of Windsor, described as follows : <br /> Lot #5 - of Block #1 of the Plat of Sunset Meadows . <br /> This amendment shall become effective, if within forty (40) days , <br /> following adoption by the Dane County Board of Supervisors the <br /> owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> running in favor of Dane County as well as owners of the land: <br /> The premises may be used only for the retail sales of clothing. <br /> EFFECTIVE: FEB 13 1980 <br /> 545-11 (2/78) <br /> _ . _ _ <br />
