ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5610 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5610: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 16; thence S 00° 02' 42" <br /> West, 1321.84 feet along the East line of the NE 1/4 of said Section; thence S <br /> 89° 34' 15" West, 1093.57 feet along the North line of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of <br /> said Section; thence S 02° 02' 17" East, 10.64 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence S 02° 02' 17' East, 364.38 feet to the North right-of-way line of USH <br /> 14; thence Northwesterly along the arc of the right-of-way curve concave to the <br /> Southwest having a radius of 3497.75 feet and a delta of 04° 18' 12" with a <br /> chord bearing of N 71° 18' 00" West a distance of 262.71 feet; thence N 00° 02' <br /> 07" East, 284.91 feet along the West line of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section; <br /> thence S 88° 47' 39" East, 235.70 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
