ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5611 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 ,relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture, A-2(1) and A-2(4) Agriculture District the <br /> following described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO A-2(1): Commencing at the North quarter cornr of Section 11; thence S 89° <br /> 24' West on Section line, 908 more or less feet to interseciton with centerline <br /> of Church Street, thence S 24° 51' East on said centerline, 258 feet more or <br /> less to Northeast corner of Lot #1 CSM #3324; thence S 65° 09' West on North <br /> line of said Lot #1, 33 feet; thence S 79° 04' West on said North line, 159 <br /> feet more or less to Northwest corner thereof; thence S 15° 50' East on West <br /> line of said Lot #1, 86.4 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence S <br /> 66° 50' East on West line of said Lot #1, 56 feet more or less; thence S 21° <br /> 50' East on West line of Lot #1 and Lot #2 of CSM #3324, 243 feet more or less, <br /> thence N 89° 24' West, 217 more or less feet; thence N 00° 36' East, 230 feet; <br /> thence N 77° 41' East 74 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(4): Commencing at the North quarter corner Section 11; thence N 89° 24' <br /> West on Section line, 907 feet more or less to intersect with centerline of <br /> Church Street and the point of beginning; thence S 24° 51' East on said <br /> centerline, 258 feet more or less to Northeast corner of Lot #1 of CSM #3324; <br /> thence S 65° 09' West on North line at CSM, 33 feet; thence S 79° 04' West on <br /> said North line, 159 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of said CSM <br /> #3324; thence S 15° 50' East on the West line of said CSM 86.4 feet more or <br /> less; thence S 77° 41' West, 74 feet more or less; thence S 00° 36' West, 230 <br /> feet more or less; thence N 89° 24' West parallel to North Section line, 290 <br /> feet more or less to West line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North on said <br /> quarter quarter line, 609 feet more or less to the Section line; thence S 89° <br /> 24' East on the Section line, 419 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said parcels of land: <br /> A. Division of this parcel is not permitted. <br /> (1) <br />
