This twelve acre site is in an Agricultural Preservation area of the Town of Berry. The <br /> relevant policy is: 'The owner of a parcel, or contiguous parcels totalling four to thirty-five acres in size, <br /> inclusive, may create one residential dwelling lot." <br /> Beginning with the twelve acre parcel, it appears that the proposed division for one additional residential lot <br /> could be consistent with this policy. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
