ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5605 r' Amending Section 10. 03 relating to zoning districts in the Town of WINDSOR THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That the zoning district maps of the Town Windsor be amended to include in the R-2 Residential District the following described land: Part of Lot 1 , Certified Survey Map Number 6322 and pert of the NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, T9N, R10E, in the Town of Windsor , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of the said NE 1/4; thence along the south line of the said NE 1/4 , 589031 '47°W , 935.64 feet; thence N01017133"W, 433 .00 feet; thence 589031 '47"W, 388 .00 feet ; thence N01017'33"W, 933.05 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 1 , Certified Survey Map Number 6322; thence along the south line of the said Lot 1 , N89047'37'E, 230.43 feet; thence N00034 '14"W , 80.00 feet; thence N27o44'28"E, 110 .95 feet; thence N65o59 '46"E, 517 .72 feet; thence S75023'46"E, 582.51 feet to the east line of the said NE 1/4: thence along the said east line , 501018 '33'E, 1598 .02 feet to the point of beginning. THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That the zoning district maps of the Town Windsor be amended to include in the RH-1 District the following described land: Part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, T9N , R10E , in the Town of Windsor , Dane County , Wisconsin , to-wit: Commencing at the southeast corner of the said NE 1/4; thence along the south line of the said NE 1/4 , 589031 '47"W, 935 .65 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing 589031 '47"W, 388 .00 feet; thence N01017 '33"W, 433.00 feet; thence N89o31 '47"E, 388.00 feet; thence 501017 '33"E, 433 .00 feet to the point of beginning .
