RESOLUTION 93-27 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ZONING DISTRICT CHANGE DESCRIBED AS THE <br /> ROSENBERRY PLAT AT LAKE ROAD AND WINDSOR ROAD, EAST 1/2 OF THE NE <br /> 1/4 SECTION OF SECTION 30, TOWN OF WINDSOR, DANE COUNTY, WISCON- <br /> SIN IN THE VILLAGE OF DEFOREST'S EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Village of DeForest Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> has recommended that the Village Board approve a zoning district <br /> change from Agricultural District (A-1) to Residential District <br /> (R-2) , for the Rosenbe ry Plat at Lake Road and Windsor Road, the <br /> east 1/2 of the NE 1/Section of Section 30, Town of Windsor, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin attached and made a part of this resolu- <br /> tion, and <br /> WHEREAS, the rezoning is consistent with the Town of Windsor's <br /> land use plan, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village of DeForest Board accepts the recommendation <br /> of the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the aforementioned district <br /> change in the Town of Windsor, Dane County, Wisconsin, in the <br /> Village of DeForest's extraterritorial zone is approved. <br /> Respectfully submitted: <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission <br /> Mark S.
