At all times relevant hereto, he was the duly-elected and <br /> incumbent President of Bull Run Corporation, a Wisconsin <br /> corporation. <br /> 2. In such capacity, he executed and caused to be recorded <br /> that certain plat known as the "First Addition to Bull Run," <br /> recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds in Volume 56-192A <br /> of Plats, on pages 603 and 604, as Document No. 2610804 (the <br /> "Plat") . <br /> 3. At the time of the execution and recording of the Plat, <br /> a portion of the lands located within the Plat were owned by James <br /> P. Steuerwald and Linda M. Steuerwald. <br /> • 4. Since the date of the recording of the Plat, all lands <br /> located within the Plat that were owned by James P. Steuerwald and <br /> Linda M. Steuerwald have been conveyed to Bull Run Corporation. <br /> 5. The undersigned executes this Affidavit for the purpose <br /> of confirming that all of such lands are subject to the Plat in all <br /> respects, and that the paragraph entitled "Owner's Certificate of <br /> Dedication" set forth on the face of the Plat applies to all such <br /> lands. <br /> 6.
