ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5614 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of VERONA The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner said SEction 3; thence S 00° 08' 52" West, 2314.71 feet; thence N 86° 23 ' 34" West, 163.00 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 88° 15' 00" West, 163.52 feet; thence S 00° 09 ' 36" West, 713.00 feet; thence S 89° 22 ' 57" East, 805.97 feet; thence N 00° 08' 52" East, 210.00 feet; thence N 81 ° 10' 45" West, 350.41 feet; thence N 00° 08' 52" East, 170.00 feet; thence S 89° 22 ' 57" East, 95.00 feet; thence S 66° 47 ' 07" Est, 273.25 feet; thence S 82° 00' 27" East, 358.34 feet; thence N 00° 08' 52" Est, 11 .00 feet; thence S 89° 22 ' 58" East, 2.00 feet; thence N 00° 11 ' 22" East, 400.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CONDITION 1 . The access to the property shall only be a private drive until a public dedicated road is provided to the property. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: A. Division of the property is not permitted until a public dedicated road is provided to the property. Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
