ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5616 r., <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-1 and <br /> R-2 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5616: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 17, Town of Dunn described as follows: TO <br /> R-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 17; thence S 00° 58' 15" <br /> West 1184.14 feet to the centerline of Lookout Trail, which is the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue S 00° 58' 15" West 300.00 feet, along the West line <br /> of Lot #13, Waubesa Heights and that line extended; thence S 85° 34' West <br /> 200.00 feet; thence North 00° 58' 15" East 460.00 feet; thence N 85° 34' East <br /> 220.0 feet to the point of beginning. Also, the West 12.0 feet of Lot #1, CSM <br /> 1781 found in Volume 7, Page 181 of Certified Survye Maps Dane County Register <br /> of Deeds Office.
