March 9, 1993 <br /> LETTER OF INTENT <br /> Daniel and Mary Lou Clayton are requesting a conditional use permit for our <br /> property located at 496 Union Road for the purpose of boarding horses and for <br /> storage of boats, campers, trailers or cars. <br /> We would not exceed six (6) horses at any one time for boarding purposes. The <br /> horses would be insured for liability by their owners and either in a fenced <br /> pasture or a barn. <br /> In regard to the storage of recreational equipment/cars, these items would be <br /> stored in a barn with a minimal amount of traffic disturbance to our <br /> neighbors.
