Adequate sub-base and base material shall be added to the intersection <br /> of Mile Rd. and Mueller Rd. to reinforce the shoulder areas to prevent <br /> pavement degradation resulting from ingress and egress of dump trucks. <br /> 2. The level areas of the site shall be restored with replacement of <br /> overburden and 6" minimum depth of top soil and to plant and maintain a <br /> crop of vegetation (such as alfalfa) that will provide nutrient <br /> restoration for the soil for at least one year prior to active <br /> cultivation practices are resumed. <br /> 3. A soil erosion control plan shall be submitted to Dane County for the <br /> purpose of obtaining an Erosion Control Permit. The approved permit <br /> shall be complied with for the duration of the mineral extraction <br /> operation. <br /> 4. Reasonable efforts to reduce dust shall be maintained for the duration <br /> of the mineral extraction operation. <br />
