Owner to add adequate sub base and base material to the <br /> intersection of Mile Road and Mueller Road to reinforce the <br /> shoulder areas and prevent pavement degradation resulting from <br /> ingress and egress of dump trucks. <br /> 2. Owner agrees to restore level areas of site with replacement <br /> of over burden and 6" minimum depth of top soil and to plant <br /> and maintain a crop of vegetation (such as alfalfa that will <br /> provide nutrient restoration for the soil ) for at least one <br /> year prior to active cultivation practices are resumed. <br /> 3 . Owner to develop and attache to the CUP a soil erosion and <br /> sedimentation control plan approved by the DC LCC, which plan <br /> shall be complied with by owner throughout the duration of <br /> extraction operations . <br /> 4.
