A ` ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5563 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the RH-3 and <br /> RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5563: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Perry described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Beginning in the centerline of Sandy Rock Road on the North-South <br /> quarter line; thence Northerly along said North-South quarter line, 650 feet <br /> more or less; thence Southwesterly 200 feet more or less; thence Westerly 950 <br /> feet more or less; thence Southerly 350 feet more or less to the centerline of <br /> Sandy Rock Road; thence Easterly along the said centerline 1360 feet more or <br /> less to the point of beginning.The above listed description/intended to <br /> describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval <br /> and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by the Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to <br /> be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: MAR 2 2 1 <br />
