ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5565 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5565: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 29, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 29; thence N 89° 50' 48" <br /> East, along the East West quarter line of said Section 29; 397.00 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 00' 00" West, 441.00 feet to the Northeasterly most corner of Lot #1, <br /> Certified Survey Map #5333; thence S 90° 00' 00" West, along the North line of <br /> Lot #1, Certified Survey Map_#5333, 397.00 feet to the centerline of USH 14; <br /> thence N 00° 00' 00" East, along the East line of said Section 29, 440.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: /MAR 2 2 1993 <br />
