ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5567 * 4 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5567: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Perry described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 5; thence N 87° 25' 01" West <br /> along the South line of said Southeast quarter, 1317.36 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thece continuing N 87° 25' 01" West along said South line, 495.69 <br /> feet; thence N 06° 46' 57" East, 426.27' ; thence N 82° 24' 46" East, 459.4'' <br /> feet; thence S 01° 11' 46" West, 506.40-feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: APR 0. 8 1993 <br />
