Motion by Voges, second by Schwahn to <br /> approve the minutes of August 7, August 23 and September 25, 1979. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #813. Appeal by Roger Vinz for a variance from required minimum-lot <br /> area is provided by Section 10. 16 (7) (b) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit re-alignment and division of Lots #14 and <br /> #15, Block #1, Assessor's Plat #1, 2782 Berkan Street, Section 8, Town <br /> of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Vinz OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Letter in favor. <br /> #814. Appeal by Robert M. Brunner for a variance from required setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit construction of a barn in part of the <br /> NW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 22, 8541 Pine Hill Road, Town of Cross Plains. <br /> Not present. <br /> #815.
