Motion by Voges second by Schwahn to approve the minutes of <br /> June 28 and July 24, 1979. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #784. Appeal by Rodney Slinde for a variance from required setback <br /> from front property line as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (c) - Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit a deck entry <br /> to a residence located on Lot #1, C.S.M. #963, 1735 Apollo Circle, in <br /> the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 33, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney Judy Motz representing R. Slinde OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Letter, in favor. <br /> #795. Appeal by Mr. & Mrs. James Skaar for a variance from required <br /> setback from road as provided by Section 10.17 (1) - Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a <br /> residence located at 1893 U.S.H. 12 in the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 35, <br /> Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: Mr. & Mrs. J. Skarr OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Gene <br /> Skaar, Chairman, in favor. STATE HIGHWAY: No communication. <br /> #797. Appeal by Fred March for a variance from the maximum square foot <br /> area of an accessory building as provided by Section 10.04 (1) - Dane <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit construction <br /> of a residential garage at 1950 U.S.H. 51 on part of Lot #33, Addition <br /> to Rock Elm Park Extension - Section 26, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: F.
