MINUTES - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF May 24, 1979 <br /> (IF PRESENT: Dahlk, Voges, Schwahn, Kruschke, Purcell. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Dahlk in Room <br /> #224 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as scheduled by <br /> Class II notice. Motion by Schwahn second by Voges to approve the <br /> minutes of April 26, 1979 and May 22, 1979. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #767. Appeal by George R. Clyman for variance from Section 10.25 (7) <br /> (a) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance; refund of zoning permit fee not <br /> permitted. <br /> IN FAVOR: George Clyman OPPOSED: None L. J. Enger, Dane County <br /> Zoning Administrator presented fee policy and goal of 80% recovery of <br /> department costs based on fee schedule. <br /> #768. Appeal by William H. Wille for a variance from required setback <br /> from a town road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) - Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit construction of a <br /> barn in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Berry at 8995 Spring <br /> Valley Road. <br /> IN FAVOR: William Willie OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Letter, no <br /> objection. <br /> CO #769. Appeal by Marlin Sale for variance from required rear and side <br /> yards as provided by Section 10.12 (6) and (7) Dane County Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance. Variances are necessary to permit construction of a residential <br /> garage in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 35, Town of Black Earth at 9802 <br /> C.T.H. "KP". <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Sale, Mrs. M. Sale, petition from neighbors in favor. <br /> OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: not present. <br /> #770. Appeal by J. Gordon and Joan Hale for variance from required <br /> rear and side yards as provided by Section 10.07 (7) (a) and (8) (a) <br /> Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variances are necessary to permit swim <br /> pool deck and porch addition to residence on Lots #10 and 11, Block 5, <br /> Greenridge Park, Section 9, Town of Dunn at 2718 Tower Road. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Hale OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Letter in favor. <br /> #771. Appeal by Leonard M. Kvammen for variance from required sideyard <br /> and setback from USH 51 as provided by Section 10.10 (6) (b) and 10.17 <br /> (1) (b) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variances are necessary to <br /> permit and addition to a residential garage on Lot #5 and 6, Richard <br /> Standish Replat of Crown Point, 2030 Barber Drive, Section 26, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Kvammen OPPOSED: None; Don Lucas and M. Harms, no <br /> objection if building will not be used for an auto repair garage. <br /> TOWN BOARD: Telephone call, in favor. <br />
