MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 28, 1978 <br /> PRESENT: Dahlk, Voges, Schwahn, Purcell <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:25 p.m. in Room #224 City-County <br /> Building by Chairman, pro-tem, Dahlk to hold a public hearing as ad- <br /> vertised by Class II notice. Motion by Voges, second by Purcell to <br /> approve the minutes of September 26, 1978 and to correct minutes of <br /> August 24, 1978 pertaining to "pertinent fact" #7, Appeal #590, Aberg - <br /> Department of Natural Resources notice was sent to Robert Behrens and <br /> not to Joe King. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #700. Appeal by Ronald J. Bauer for variance from required setback from <br /> road and from required right side yard as provided by Section 10.17 (4) <br /> and 10.07 (7) (a) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variances are necessary <br /> to permit construction of a garage on part of Outlot #3 Assessor's Plat <br /> #2, Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Bauer, Bernadine Bauer. OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not <br /> present. <br /> #701. Appeal by Ronald Houser for a variance from required setback from <br /> CTH AB as provided by Section 10.17 (2) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit construction of a residence on Lot #6 <br /> Block #2, Orvold's Park, Section 14, Town of Dunn. <br /> (IW IN FAVOR: R. Houser; Walter Olson Builder. OPPOSED: None TOWN <br /> BOARD: Not present CORRESPONDENCE: M. Blahaum and R. Ward - no <br /> objection. DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY: Objection. <br /> #702. Appeal by Richard Bentkowski for a special exception permit to <br /> build in a flood plain as provided by Section 10. 33 (c) (1) and (2) <br /> Dane County Zoning Ordinance Special Exception is necessary to permit <br /> an addition to a residence and an unattached garage on Lots 17 thru <br /> 21, Block #6, Edgerton Beach Park Section 25, Town of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Bentkowski; S. Potirala; H. Schenkel Builders OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Not present DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES: No communi- <br /> cation. <br /> #703. Appeal by Rueben I. Anderson for a variance from required setback <br /> from CTH CV as required by Section 10.17 (2) Dane County Zoning Ordinance <br /> Variance is necessary to permit construction of an addition to a resi- <br /> dence located in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 19, Town of Burke. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Anderson; Rosemary Anderson. OPPOSED: None TOWN <br /> BOARD: Not present CORRESPONDENCE: Dane County Highway - no ob- <br /> jection. <br /> #704. Withdrawn before notice. <br /> C <br />
