MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF NOVEMBER 30, 1978 <br /> PRESENT: Dahlk, Voges, Kruschke, Schwahn <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Fleck <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:25 p.m. by Chairman pro-tem Dahlk <br /> in Room #224 City-County Building to hold public hearing tis adver- <br /> tised by Class II notice. Motion by Voges second by Schwahn to approve <br /> the minutes of October 26, 1978 and November 28, 1978. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #731. Appeal by Naph-Sol Refining Company for a variance from required <br /> setback from CTH "D" (Fish Hatchery Road) as provided by Section 10.17 <br /> (2) (b) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to per- <br /> mit construction of a canopy for gas pumps located on Lbts 1 thru 5, <br /> Block #2 Plat of Sunnyslope, Section 36, Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: Wayne Smith representing Naph-Sol; Marian Severson Station <br /> Manager. OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: No communication DANE COUNTY <br /> HIGHWAY: Letter of concern. <br /> #732. Appeal by LaVerne Maier for a variance from required setback <br /> from Kippley Road and CTH "Y" as provided by Section 10.17 (2) and <br /> (3) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variances are necessary to permit <br /> reconstruction of porch entry to a building located in part of the NW 1/, <br /> NW 1/4 - Section 21, Town of Roxbury. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Maier OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: R. Balweg, Chairman <br /> in favor. DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY: Letter, no objection. <br /> #734. Appeal by Duane A. Miller for a special exception permit to fill <br /> and grade within 300 feet of the normal high waterline of Lake Harriet <br /> located in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 8, Town of Oregon. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Miller, Lyman Anderson. OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: <br /> Letter, no objection. DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES: No communication <br /> #735. Appeal by Peter M. Christopher for a variance from required set- <br /> back from USH 51 as provided by Section 10. 17 (1) - Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to a residence <br /> located in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Dunkirk. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Christopher OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present <br /> DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES: No communication. <br /> #736. Appeal by Arthur F. and Julie A. Anderson for a variance from re- <br /> quired setback from normal high waterline of Lake Kegonsa as provided <br /> by Section 10. 16 (7) (d) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is <br /> necessary to permit an addition to a residence located on Lot #14 first <br /> addition to Kegonsa Grove - Section 29, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: Julie Anderson OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present <br /> DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES: No communication. <br /> C <br />
