MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> JUNE 17, 1977 <br /> CV Present: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges <br /> Also present: Enger. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Erickson in <br /> Room #226, City-County Building, to hold a public hearing as published <br /> by Class II notice. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to approve minutes <br /> of May 20 and June 14, 1977. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #572. Apeal by Henry Topinka for a variance from required right side <br /> yard as provided by Section 10.16 (6) (a) (1) Dane County Zoning Ordinanc: . <br /> Variance is necessary to permit a garage accessory building on a parcel <br /> of land in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Verona. <br /> IN FAVOR: H. Topinka OTHERS IN FAVOR: None OPPOSED: None <br /> TOWN BOARD: Harland Dahlk, Chairman in favor. <br /> #573. Appeal by Jean A. Muhlig for a variance from maximum height re- <br /> striction as provided by Section 10.07 (3) (b) Dane County Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance. Variance is necessary to permit a second story addition to a <br /> boat house located on Lot #6, Shadyside Park Section 30, Town of Pleasant <br /> Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: Anders Birkland, Attorney and Jean Muhlig OTHER IN FAVOR: <br /> (11;lf None OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Not present. <br /> #574. Appeal by Virgil and Dorothy Clason for a variance from set- <br /> back and rear yard requirements as provided by Section 10.17 (2) and <br /> 10.12 (7) (a) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary <br /> to permit a patio roof addition to a residence in part of the SE 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4 Section 26, Town of Black Earth. <br /> IN FAVOR: Attorney Tom Winch and Virgil Clason.
