Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to hold in abeyance no longer
than 15 days. Motion carried.
#611. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to reconsider decision of denial
by the Board and grant a 1 foot variance from required setback from
right-of-way on Tower Road and CTH A as per finding of fact:
1. Request for reconsideration submitted by Les Swanson with pro-
posed new location.
2. Proven case of unnecessary hardship.
b. Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible
without injustice to applicant.
c. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public
interest.
Motion carried.
Meeting was closed.
I Cv
1
Harland Dahlk,
Secretary
