MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> April 15, 1977 <br /> AEL <br /> Present: Erickson, Dahik, Voges <br /> Also present: Enger, Fleck <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. in room #226, City-County <br /> Building, to hold a public hearing as published by Class IT notice. <br /> Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to approve the minutes of March 18 and <br /> April 12, 1977. Motion carried. The notice was read and the public <br /> hearing was opened. <br /> #559. Appeal by Gene Skaar for a variance from required setback from <br /> CTH MN as provided by Section 10.17 (2) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit construction of an addition to a barn <br /> located on property in part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 33, Town <br /> of Cottage Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: Gene Skaar OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: R. Gust, Superviso., <br /> in favor. DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY: Letter; no objection. <br /> #560. Appeal by Enoch K. Shervan for a variance from required setback <br /> from High View Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance.
