No objection was expressed by Town Board. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> B. Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> C. Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> D. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> E. Hardship is caused by the ordinance and is not self-imposed. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #565. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant variance of 35- feet <br /> from required setback from the centerline of Washington Street (STH <br /> 92) as per finding of fact. <br /> 1. Hill at rear of lot would require excavation and construction <br /> of retaining walls to facilitate construction of garage with re- <br /> quired setback. <br /> 2. Garage will .be in back of existing residences on the road. <br /> 3. No objection express by Wisconsin State Highway. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> A. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> B.
