MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING OF NOVEMBER 18, 1977 PRESENT: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges. 111"; ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson at 7:30 P.M. in Room #226 - City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to approve,the minutes of October 21 and November 15, 1977. Motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #616. Not present. #617. IN FAVOR: Les Gilbertson Property owner; presented statements, in favor or no objection from Kermit Peterson - Dennis and Bonnie L. Kartman - Linda Junck - Marilyn R and Dale C. Myers - Henry Weiss - Virginia Wildgruber - Mr. & Mrs. Gerald G. Vogel - Mr. James Swenson. OTHERS IN FAVOR: Nancy Gilbertson Raisbeck OPPOSED: Letter from Kermit Peterson. The public hearing was closed. #616. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to hold in abeyance for December public hearing. Motion carried. #617. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant a variance of 13,822 square feet from required lot area with the following conditions: 1. Variance will terminate upon removal of the one horse that is presently on the property. 2. No other horses may be brought in. 3. Application for RH-1 Zoning will be submitted. Motion carried. #618. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to deny appeal as hardship was not caused by ordinance but was due to human error. Motion carried.
