MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF NOVEMBER 18, 1977 <br /> PRESENT: Erickson, Dahlk, Voges. <br /> 111"; ALSO PRESENT: Enger, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Erickson at 7:30 P.M. in <br /> Room #226 - City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published <br /> by Class II notice. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to approve,the <br /> minutes of October 21 and November 15, 1977. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #616. Not present. <br /> #617. IN FAVOR: Les Gilbertson Property owner; presented statements, <br /> in favor or no objection from Kermit Peterson - Dennis and Bonnie L. <br /> Kartman - Linda Junck - Marilyn R and Dale C. Myers - Henry Weiss - <br /> Virginia Wildgruber - Mr. & Mrs. Gerald G. Vogel - Mr. James Swenson. <br /> OTHERS IN FAVOR: Nancy Gilbertson Raisbeck OPPOSED: Letter from <br /> Kermit Peterson. IN FAVOR: Vern Strutzel; Mrs. Strutzel OPPOSED: Letter, <br /> Dave Stolen TOWN BOARD: Letter - opposed to 1 foot lot line. <br /> #622. IN FAVOR: Duaine Turner OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Tele- <br /> phone call from Richard Ely, Chairman to hold in abeyance to provide <br /> time for the town to consider. <br /> #616. Not present. <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> #616. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to hold in abeyance for <br /> December public hearing. Motion carried. <br /> #617. Motion by Dahlk, second by Voges to grant a variance of 13,822 <br /> square feet from required lot area with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Variance will terminate upon removal of the one horse that is <br /> presently on the property. <br /> 2. No other horses may be brought in. <br /> 3. Application for RH-1 Zoning will be submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #618. Motion by Voges, second by Dahlk to deny appeal as hardship <br /> was not caused by ordinance but was due to human error. Motion carried. <br />
