MINUTES OF TILE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OP ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON _AUGUST 23, <br /> 1984 <br /> The following members were present: Voges, Schwahn, Miller & Kruschke <br /> ALSO: Reynolds. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges in Room #229 at 7:30 p.m. to <br /> hold public hearing as advertised by Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES: Miller/Schwahn to approve minutes of July 26 and August 21, 1984. <br /> The notice was read and public hearing opened. <br /> #1280. Appeal by LloydTaylor for a variance from required side and rear <br /> yards as provided by Section 10.14 (6) and 10. 14 (7) to permit an addition <br /> to existing building at 5531 W. River Road in the NE 1/4, Lot #1, CSM 4039 <br /> Section 22, Town of Westport. <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Taylor OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION; Town board, no ob- <br /> jection (letter to follow) <br /> #1281. Appeal by Jeff Klehfoth, agent for John Weidner for a variance from <br /> required minimum sideyard as provided by Section 10.16 (5) (2) to permit <br /> second floor addition to residence at 4352 Jordan Drive in the SE 1/4, Lot #4, , <br /> Block #1, Brictson Park Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> 4111, IN FAVOR: J.
