Lendhorg - Dunn <br /> Schwahn/Miller grant Special Exception as proposed subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1) . Maximum depth of fill may not exceed 9 inches. . <br /> 2) . The filled and/or graded and disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded <br /> with fast growing grasses and mulched to prevent siltation or erosion. <br /> 3) . Work shall be completed by October 1, 1984. <br /> 4) . The applicant shall request inspection by the Dane County Zoning Depart- <br /> ment upon completion of the project. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Applicant proposes to level yard area and fill in low spots. <br /> 2. No major amount of fill will be placed in any one area, it is not in- <br /> tended to raise the grade level of the property. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result <br /> in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimen- <br /> tation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful <br /> conditions. <br /> Motion by Schwahn/Harvey to adjourn.
