Building to hold public hearing as published by Class II notice. <br /> Motion by Harvey/Kruschke to approve minutes of April 26, 1984; motion carries . <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. Testimony was recorde⢠<br /> on tape. <br /> #1252. Appeal and Special Exception by Gaylord Napstad for a variance from <br /> the required limits of fill and a Special Exception to fill and grade within <br /> 1000' Lake Waubesa as provided by Section 11.14 (3) (b) (1) and 11.05 (3) (a) <br /> to permit construction of a new residence and place fill on th remainder of <br /> lot at 2801 Willow Court in the W 1/2 Lot #18, Crescent Park - Section 9, <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Napstad; Peter Moline OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION; Letter <br /> Town Board; in favor. <br /> #1253. Appeal by Robert A.
