There is adequate area on the property to find a location that would <br /> comply with ordinance provisions. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #1247. Harvey/Kruschke to hold in abeyance until May hearing. <br /> #1248. Schwahn/Krushcke to grant the Special Exception Permit for annual <br /> maintenance of beach area. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Permit was granted several years ago to construct the beach. <br /> 2) . Mn intr'n.lnwe is required periodically to .improve and stabilize the <br /> beach. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. The project as planned, will not result in substantial detriment to <br /> navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or <br /> aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
