Existing uses require two different zoning districts. The current ordinance reouires that open spaces, yards, etc. be provided within each district. 2) . Proven case of unnecessary hardship. 2. Hardship is caused by the ordinance and is not self-imposed. Motion carried. #1244. Miller/Harvey to grant withdrawal; motion carried. #1245. Schwahn/Kruschke to deny. FINDING OF FACT: 1) . Property already has an accessory building which is larger than • the residence. 2) . This building is not in a state of deterioration and could be improve; to facilitate storage of antique antos. (11, CONCLUSION: 1. Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried. #1246. Kruschke/Miller to deny; FINDING OF FACT: 1) . There is adequate area on the property to find a location that would comply with ordinance provisions. CONCLUSION: 1. Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried. #1247. Harvey/Kruschke to hold in abeyance until May hearing. #1248. Schwahn/Krushcke to grant the Special Exception Permit for annual maintenance of beach area. FINDING OF FACT: 1) . Permit was granted several years ago to construct the beach. 2) . Mn intr'n.lnwe is required periodically to .improve and stabilize the beach. CONCLUSION: 1. The project as planned, will not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. Motion carried.
