MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE IiELD ON JANi�AF�Y 26, 19_H4_ <br /> The following members were present: Voges, Harvey, Miller, Schwahn, Kruschke <br /> ALSO: Fleck <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #226 <br /> City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II <br /> Notice. Motion by Salmon/Kruschke to approve minutes of December 15, 1983. <br /> • <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1224. Appeal by Elton Roettiger for a variance from required minimum lot <br /> area within shoreland area as provided by Section 11.05 (b) to permit lot <br /> line adjustment of nonconforming parcels at 2533 Balden Street, Lots 1 & 2 <br /> Block 3, Forest Park Section 27, Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: E. Roettiger OPPOSED: Dan Rottier, John Proctor, Mrs. Wm. <br /> Koster, Tom Bast, Barbara Rottier. COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1225. Appeal by Vernon and Betty Duckert for a variance from required <br /> setback and sideyard as provided by Section 10.17 (2) (b) and 10.07 (7) <br /> to permit residential addition as constructed at 3611 CTH "0" - Lots 8-11, <br /> Block #2, Plat of London, Section 25, Town of Deerfield. <br /> IN FAVOR: Vernon & Betty Duckert OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> #1226. Kruschke/Miller grant a variance of 8,930 square feet, more or less, <br /> for proposed Lot #1 and 6,470 square feet, more or less, for proposed Lot #2 <br /> from the-required minimum lot area. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Proposed change would have been allowed prior to Shoreland Ordinance <br /> adopted in 1970 which caused most of the lots in the area to be non- <br /> conforming. <br /> 005-219/77) <br />
