MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY Itl)ARI) 0E ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON, NnvunLcr 15u 1984. - The Board of Adiustment- committee met on November 15, 19 84 with the following members present: PRESENT: Voges, Miller, Krushchke, Schwahn, Harvey ALSO PRESENT: Fleck. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building. Motion Schwahn/Miller to approve minutes of October 25 and November 13, 1984. Motion carried. 5-0. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. #1314. Appeal by Mike Arndt, agent for Michael Keegan for variance from required sideyard totals as provided by Sections 10.12 (6) (a) and 10.05 (7) to permit construction of residential garage at 3086 CTH P in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 4, Town of Springdale. IN FAVOR: M. Arndt OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter, Dane Coun Highway, no objection. #1315. Appeal by Randy Lanzendorf, agent for Karl Ruff for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11. 05 (3) a - d to permit fillin• , grading, etc. within 300 feet of tributary to Lake Mendota in the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 22, Town of Westport. IN FAVOR: R. Lanzendorf, Kaye & Kalr Ruff OPPOSED: None COMMUNICA- T ION: Dane County Highway - no objection if fill will not affect the highway. #1316. Appeal by Melvin Jarchow for a variance from required setback from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (2) to permit addition to entry- way of existing residence at 2255 CTH Z in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 19, Town of Blue Mounds.
