The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room 223 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice Motion by Schwahn/Miller to approve minutes of November 17 and December 13, 1983; Motion carried. The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. Testimony was re- corded on tape. Appeal #1212. Appeal by Eugene Skaar for a variance from rquired setback from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (2) (b) to permit an accessory buildin: as constructed at 2376 CTH MN SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 33, Town of Cottage Grove.
