COMMITTEE IIELD ON D' 15, 19 83 <br /> The following member, were present: Voges, Miller, Schwahn, Kruschke <br /> Also: Reynolds, Stewart, Baldwin, Fleck. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room 223 <br /> City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice <br /> Motion by Schwahn/Miller to approve minutes of November 17 and December 13, <br /> 1983; Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. Testimony was re- <br /> corded on tape. <br /> Appeal #1212. Appeal by Eugene Skaar for a variance from rquired setback <br /> from road as provided by Section 10. 17 (2) (b) to permit an accessory buildin: <br /> as constructed at 2376 CTH MN SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 33, Town of Cottage <br /> Grove. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Skaar; Robert Gust OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> Appeal #1213. Appeal by Kay Stehr for a variance from required sideyard as <br /> provided by Section 10. 07 (7) to permit construction of a deck at 4980 <br /> Borcher's Beach Road - Lot #15, Borcher's Beach, Section 33, Town of Westport <br /> IL, IN FAVOR: Steve Short, Bruce Co. , agent, Kay Stehr OPPOSED: None <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town board/Plan commission - no recommendation until they <br /> have spoken with neighbors. <br /> Appeal #1214.
