MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> (my BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 22, 19 83 <br /> The following members were present: Voges, Harvey, Purcell, Schwahn, <br /> Kruschke <br /> ALSO: Fleck. <br /> Meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #223 <br /> City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II <br /> notice. Motion by Purcell, second by Schwahn to approve minutes of August <br /> 25 and September 20, 1983. Motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and public hearing was opened. <br /> Appeal #1182. Appeal by Harry Simonson for a Special Exception Permit <br /> as provided by Section 11.05 (g) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within <br /> 300 feet of Yahara River in Outlot #3, Assr's Plat Lake Windsor - Section <br /> 31, Town of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: H. Simonson OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> Appeal #1184. Appeal by Everett Bewick for a variance from required setback <br /> from water as provided by Section 11.05 (d) to permit deck addition to re- <br /> sidence at 2404 CTH AB in Lot #4, Block #2, Orvold's Park - Section 14, <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: E. Bewick OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter, Town Board <br /> in favor. <br /> Appeal #1185. Appeal by Spence Gruendler for a variance from required set- <br /> back from road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) (b) to permit addition and <br /> alteration of residence at 2482 South Syene Road in the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 - <br /> Section 14, Town of Fitchburg. <br /> IN FAVOR: S.
