MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY (my BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 22, 19 83 The following members were present: Voges, Harvey, Purcell, Schwahn, Kruschke ALSO: Fleck. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #223 City-County Building to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice. Motion by Purcell, second by Schwahn to approve minutes of August 25 and September 20, 1983. Motion carried. The notice was read and public hearing was opened. Appeal #1182. Appeal by Harry Simonson for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05 (g) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Yahara River in Outlot #3, Assr's Plat Lake Windsor - Section 31, Town of Windsor. IN FAVOR: H. Simonson OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None Appeal #1184. Appeal by Everett Bewick for a variance from required setback from water as provided by Section 11.05 (d) to permit deck addition to re- sidence at 2404 CTH AB in Lot #4, Block #2, Orvold's Park - Section 14, Town of Dunn.
