MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> • BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Cof COMMITTEE HELD ON August 25, 19 83 <br /> The following members were present: Voges, Purcell, Kruschke, Harvey. <br /> Also present: Fleck. <br /> • <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. by Chairman Voges in Room <br /> #224 to hold a public hearing as published by Class II notice. Motion <br /> by Purcell, second by Kruschke to approve minutes of July 28 and August 23, <br /> 1983; motion carried. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1169. Appeal by Kenneth Kaleas for a variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Section 10.17 (2) (b) to permit addition to residence <br /> at 1781 CTH V in the N 1/2 NW 1/4 - Section 12, Town of Bristol. <br /> IN FAVOR: K. Kaleas OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letters, Town <br /> Board, in favor; County Highway - no objection. <br /> #1170. Appeal by Elton Roettiger for a variance from required minimum lot <br /> size within shoreland area as provided by Section 11.05 (b) to permit lot <br /> line adjustment of non-conforming parcels at 2533 Balden Street, Lots 1 & <br /> 2, Block #3, Forest Park Plat, Section 27, Town of Madison. <br /> IL, IN FAVOR: E. Roettiger OPPOSED: Dan Rottier, John Procter <br /> COMMUNICATION: Letter, Town Board in favor. <br /> #1171. Jenkins OPPOSED: None TOWN BOARD: Chairman Tom Solberg, <br /> 005-2(9/77) no official action but poll of members disclosed no objection.
